GT Football Academy can help you improve your technique, physical condition, fitness, tactical awareness and confidence.

This is a personal training programme specifically put together by GTFA for Tom to improve his technique and physical condition. He practices 20 minutes every day and uses his personal video as a training aid and reference point.
